Our Process

Each art piece is CNC Machined from solid aluminum billet produced in the United States of America.

A solid model of Lake Tahoe was created to create machine tool paths.

Starting as raw aluminum, each facet is precision machined to scale at specific depths to create the rendering of Lake Tahoe.

Upon completion of machining, each piece is then hand polished to perfection....

then artistically anodized individually to create a unique piece.

An O-Ring Seal is created to seal the Lake Tahoe Water in the lake area.

Glass is clamped and framed in placed over the Lake area creating the water seal.  The balance of the water is inserted into the lake area completing the piece.
